OUR SERVICES
SEARCH
The Company has teams of Search Specialists that perform end-to-end recruitment process:
Sourcing of Candidates
The Job Descriptions and Specifications are the basic references. The industry where the particular client belongs is the main source of candidates
Resume Evaluation/Initial background Check
Knowledge about the companies and supporting documents like Certificate of Employment and School Credentials are the validation tools before actual interview is undertaken.
Interview
Aside from the technical skills that are primordial in determining suitability for the position, interview goes further by examining the track record and delving on career goals and motivation.
Shortlisting
Only shortlisted candidates are endorsed to client for consideration.
Client Interview
The date of interview between the client and the shortlisted candidates is coordinated by the Search Specialist in-charge. Various ways of interviewing are possible like Zoom, Skype, Messenger, etc, however, SL Search believes that face-to-face is still the best.
Job Offer
The Search Specialist in-charge handles the job offer presentation and negotiation with the candidate on client’s behalf.
PROCESSING & DOCUMENTATION
SL Search has a team of Processing & Documentation staff who ensures that the papers of the selected candidates are processed legally at the following government agencies:
DMW (Department of Migrant Workers)
Basic rule is that the client company has to be accredited at DMW. There are accreditation documents that need to be complied with. These documents have to be authenticated/validated by the MWO (Migrant Workers Office) nearest the client company’s address/location.
Once the company is accredited at DMW, the processing of the selected candidate’s paper begins. The goal is to have the OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) issued. This OEC is presented at the airport which is the proof that the concerned worker is legally processed.
Visa processing
Each country has its specific process regarding visa issuance. SL Search Corporation strictly abides by the process and this is carefully explained to the selected candidate.
SL Search Corporation has designated Liaison Officer who is tasked to coordinate with the candidate and ensures that the embassy requirements are complied with.
Pre – Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)/Flight Arrangement
PDOS is a must prior to actual deployment. The Head of Processing and Documentation team coordinates with the client regarding ticket and flight booking. Once confirmed flight is available, the selected candidate is advised accordingly and final orientation which focuses on client’s guidelines as to policies and practices are communicated.
Departure
The Liaison officer coordinates with the departing worker until boarding pass is issued and imagination formalities are done.
